Distracted

I know, it’s been awhile right? Who knew that taking care of 4 kids would be so time consuming? But seriously, the girls have been sick since Christmas and we are finally all better. We had a few round of the stomach flu and then once that was over we had the good ol’ common cold making its round. Thankfully, Levi was the only one who wasn’t affected too much by all this. He had one day of fever and runny nose and by the next day he was all better. I hate it when the little ones have to deal with the flu. It just doesn’t seem fair their little bodies have to go through so much.

Speaking of Levi he is 4 months now and I can’t hardly believe it. Where on earth did the time go? He’s so big now and doing so much more. Where is my newborn? As much as I miss the newborn stage this new one is great. He’s full of smiles, loves reaching for his little toys and rolling over a lot. He loves to watch his big sisters run around and play and now tolerates them getting in his face with all their smooches and hugs. Of course I can’t resist getting in his face too and smothering him with love.  

The business side of things is going well too. I have already more than doubled my bookings for weddings this year compared to last year. I’m excited to be working with each new bride. I’m so blessed, I know each couple is going to be great to work with. I’m also looking forward to putting forth all the new things I’ve learned and changing my style up a bit. My first wedding of the year is next month up at Big White. I’m so excited. This bride is so cool and laid-back  and up for anything. What a way to start my weddings.
